Project Scope

  • Carry out safety inspection, condition report and load testing throughout school after repeated outages were reported

  • Make application to supply authority for load increase after determining load allocation to site was insufficient.

  • Supply generator to site and connect temporary supply to ensure school could continue operating as normal until upgrade work was carried out.

  • Engage contractor to carry out ASP/3 Design work for new supply from distributor.

  • Engage contractor to carry out ASP/1 construction work to install new supply from distributor.

  • Supply and install new main switchboard for the site.

  • Redesign the sub-main cable infrastructure and alter the site reticulation to ensure even distribution throughout the site and to accommodate any future requirements for load increase.

NSW Soil Conservation Service

Project Scope

  • Carry out safety inspection, condition report and load testing throughout school after repeated outages were reported and incoming aerial supply was damaged by tipper truck.

  • Carry out emergency reconnection of supply

  • Make application to supply authority to amalgamate dual supplies to site and to increase load to site

  • Engage contractor to carry out ASP/3 Design work for new supply from distributor

  • Engage contractor to carry out ASP/1 construction work to install new supply from distributor on behalf of NSW Department of Lands

  • Supply and install new main switchboard for the site

  • Redesign and upgrade the sub-main cable infrastructure throughout the entire site and to accommodate any future requirements for load increase

  • Upgrade distribution boards throughout site.

  • Manage project from start to finish.

Bondi Beach Public School

Project Scope

  • Respond after hours to reports of fire at Bondi Beach Public School

  • Make preliminary assessment of damage to electrical installation and ensure all power is isolated, lock out and safe

  • Following preliminary assessment, tested all parts of the installation and restored power where possible to allow school to resume operation

  • Carried out all power and data repairs as part of the fire restoration including recabling power circuits, re-cabling data, replacement of internal lighting, replacement of security lighting and automatic controls repairs and alterations to switchboards

  • Awarded Spotless Pillar Award which recognised our “commitment to completing the restoration works to a high standard with the challenging deadline set by the Department of Education”.
